1st- und 2nd-Level-Support für unsere Standorte (ggf. auch per Remote-Zugriff) * Analyse, Klassifizierung und Bearbeitung eingehender IT-Störungen und -anfragen über unser Ticketsystem * Interne Schulungen im Umgang mit unseren IT-Systemen, Dokumentation von Arbeitsabläufen * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z. B. Fachinformatik Systemintegration, IT-Systemelektronik) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation * Mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im IT-Support, idealerweise im 1st- und 2nd-Level-Bereich * Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen, Microsoft 365 und gängigen IT-Supporttools
