Stakeholder Management & Communication: Act as the main communication interface between project teams, management, and external partners. * Ensuring Compliance with Standards & Processes: Apply Doka's project management and innovation process frameworks, governance processes, and technical standards to ensure consistency, reliability, and professional execution across all innovation projects. * Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management and/or related disciplines * 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction, formwork or building materials industry * Excellent project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills * Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities across all hierarchy levels
