For our client, Siemens Digital Industries Austria, we are looking for a Change and Communications Manager (f/m/d) for 38.5 hours per week, effective immediately.

In this role, you’ll lead and implement change management initiatives across complex environments. You’ll define strategies, create compelling narratives, and drive adoption of new processes and ways of working. We’re looking for someone proactive, hands-on, and collaborative who enjoys influencing and engaging stakeholders in a dynamic setting.

Your Tasks

Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformation
Design and deliver communication plans accompanying change initiatives across multiple formats (digital, print, events) to ensure clarity and engagement
Partner with project teams to structure workstreams, manage dependencies, and maintain timelines
Create compelling narratives and presentations to influence stakeholders and drive adoption
Monitor and measure change impact, adjusting strategies as needed for successful implementation

Your Qualifications

Background in Marketing, Employee Communications, or a related field
Extensive experience in defining, driving, and implementing change initiatives in different communication formats within complex environments
Strong project management skills, ability to structure complex workstreams, maintain timelines, manage dependencies, and drive execution
Hands-on mindset with ability to influence without formal authority, and drive adoption of new processes or ways of working
Affinity for digital tools and AI technologies – comfortable exploring innovative solutions and using AI to enhance communication and change strategies
Fluent in English; German is an advantage

Your Perspective

Depending on speciﬁc qualiﬁcations and professional experience, a gross monthly salary (Full-time Basis) of at least 3.500 EUR is expected. The ﬁnal salary agreement will be reached in a personal interview.
