                        For our client, Siemens Digital Industries Austria, we are looking for a Change and Communications Manager (f/m/d) for 38.5 hours per week, effective immediately. * Design and deliver communication plans accompanying change initiatives across multiple formats (digital, print, events) to ensure clarity and engagement * Extensive experience in defining, driving, and implementing change initiatives in different communication formats within complex environments * Affinity for digital tools and AI technologies – comfortable exploring innovative solutions and using AI to enhance communication and change strategies - In this role, you'll lead and implement change management initiatives across complex environments. * Develop and execute change management strategies to support organizational transformation * Monitor and measure change impact, adjusting strategies as needed for successful implementation
