You will be the driver of the integrated Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process in high-tech production environment (semiconductors,). Your primary goal is to align cross-functional stakeholders (Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, Sales) to effectively balance demand and supply, optimize factory utilization, maximize revenue, and optimize inventory while ensuring strategic alignment with the long-term Integrated Business Plan (IBP). * Lead Forecast Review and Gap Closure meetings, defining clear action plans to ensure revenue and business objectives are met * Facilitate and prepare the monthly S&OP Review, including clear report-outs and follow-up action tracking for the Management Team (MT) * Exceptional communication and influencing skills with a proven ability to manage diverse, cross-functional, and global stakeholders across Sales, Finance, Engineering, and Manufacturing
