Support the sales team with day-to-day administrative and organizational tasks. * Prepare and maintain sales reports, documents, and presentations to support forecasting, planning, and decision-making. * Build and maintain reporting structures to support sales planning and performance tracking. * Update, monitor, and maintain data in CRM and other internal systems, ensuring clean, structured, and up-to-date information. * Support the development and maintenance of sales tools and templates (e.g. price lists, CRM database structure, partner framework agreements). * Coordinate with internal departments (Finance, Operations, Customer Service) and support customer inquiries to ensure smooth workflows and timely follow-ups.
