This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in strategic workforce planning, financial analysis, total rewards & benefits and equity compensation. * Conduct performance analysis, including variance analysis, to support strategic decision-making and financial planning * Contribute to strategic objectives, projects and ongoing initiatives driven by the People Department * Conduct industry-specific research to support strategic initiatives (e.g. market trends or best practices) * Pursuing or completing a Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Organizational & Human Resources Development with a strong record (preferably with strategy, strategic planning, or financial analysis focus) * A previous internship is advantageous (preferably in finance, consulting or a tech company)
