Scale paid social campaigns across selected markets – owning strategy, creative direction, testing, and performance optimization end-to-end. * Shape our social paid growth strategy: develop a clear test-and-learn roadmap to continuously improve efficiency, identify new growth levers, and push the boundaries of what's possible on each platform. * Minimum 3 years of experience in Social Media advertising, ideally in a B2C environment on the client or agency side * Proven track record of managing paid social campaigns end-to-end – from concept development and creative briefing to testing, analysis, and scaling - If you bring relevant experience in many of the fields of responsibility, the salary will be considerably higher.
