As an IT Administrator, you are responsible for our entire IT service landscape – from strategic planning and operational support to infrastructure, security, and procurement. * Software Packaging: Help deploy and maintain software for the entire team * IT Security: Assist in preparing for IT audits, internal policies, and training sessions * First- and Second-Level Support (and sometimes Third-Level): Be the main contact for all IT-related questions and ensure quick, sustainable solutions * IT Onboarding: Make sure new are fully equipped and ready to go from day one * Inventory Management: Maintain and organize IT equipment and accessories, ensuring timely reorders when needed * Software Management & Packaging: Install, configure, and update software packages while supporting process automation * IT Policies: Actively contribute to the implementation and development of internal IT policies and ensure compliance
