Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy for the European Business Unit in alignment with both the CEO Europe and the Global HR team in the US. * Partner with the European leadership team to provide strategic guidance on Talent Management, Succession Planning, Organizational Development, and Change Management. * Oversee all main HR processes across Europe, including Recruitment & Staffing, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. * Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. * Proven track record in Organizational Development, Change Management, and building scalable HR structures.
