As the new Head of Quality Management, you'll take ownership of the company's entire quality organisation: seven people, two teams, and an agenda that spans from QMS development and ISO 9001 compliance to supplier quality, audit management and cultural transformation. You'll challenge processes that have served the company well but need to evolve. You'll bring CAPA, FMEA and Root Cause Analysis to a level of rigour that matches the company's ambitions — and you'll do it while bringing your team along for the ride, not just issuing instructions from above.
