The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. * Deliver people solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review and change management * Provide HR expertise in the areas of feedback, employee relations, development and coaching, compensation, and organizational development. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry ( in occupation group G depending on educational background.
