Business Development / Hunter (~50%): Identify, contact, and win new decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies, online, at trade fairs, and conferences. * Strategic Account Management (~30%): Manage a portfolio of existing accounts that we will hand over to you, strategically, developing relationships and identifying expansion opportunities. Focus on accounts with highest growth potential while maintaining strong client relationships. High performers will have the opportunity to specialize in Hunter/New Business or grow into Team Lead, building their own sales arm and defining the future sales structure.
