Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking a seasoned treasury professional to join our team to help with the development and recognition of Zanders in the DACH region.
Our main locations in Austria is Vienna and we are potentially open to another Austria-based hybrid location and work-from-home models.
Your Role
You will play a key role in developing and delivering our Financial Risk Management propositions for Austrian and DACH-based financial institutions. You will be involved in business development, advising clients, and managing complex projects across the risk spectrum (market risk, counterparty credit risk, XVA, margin models, derivatives pricing).
Depending on your seniority, you will:
Act as a key project team member or workstream lead, delivering high-quality quantitative analyses and models, and supporting business development activities.
Lead projects or multiple workstreams, manage client relationships, guide junior team members, and actively contribute to expanding our presence in Austria and the DACH region.
Drive the commercial strategy for Financial Risk in the region, build and maintain a strong client portfolio, and take overall responsibility for successful project delivery and team development.
You will collaborate with colleagues across our international Financial Institutions practice to deliver complex quantitative projects and innovative solutions. Freedom, fun, teamwork and a growth mindset are central to how we work.
