To strengthen our motivated MM Packaging Team at our site in Vienna, we are looking for a passionate Consumer & Retail and Workshop Specialist for Packaging (m/f/d). In this role, you will be responsible for staying abreast of retail trends, conducting store checks and leading workshops and makeathons with customers to drive shopper marketing initiatives.

Your Role

  • You keep up-to-date on retail trends, consumer behavior, and industry best practices to inform marketing strategies.
  • You conduct regular store checks to gather insights on retail environments, competitor activities, and shopper preferences.
  • You lead workshops and makeathons with customers to co-create innovative marketing solutions and packaging designs.
  • You develop and implement shopper marketing strategies that drive consumer engagement and increase sales in the retail space.
  • You organize consumer tests on specific new developments.
  • You collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of projects.
  • You are responsible for new creative hardware and software support for consumer experience.

Your profile

Your Profile

  • You have gained experience in Marketing, Business or related fields
  • Additionally you have experience in consumer and retail packaging, with a strong understanding of retail trends
  • You have the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with an international team
  • You have strong communication and presentation skills in written and spoken English (C+) Level, German is an advantage

For this position, an annual compensation package starting at € 45,000 gross all-in is offered according to your qualifications and professional experience.
