C SEED Entertainment Systems is an award-winning designer and producer of cutting-edge luxury electronics. Our core products include the C SEED N1 MicroLED 4K unfolding indoor TV, the C SEED 201 – the world’s largest unfolding outdoor MicroLED TV – and the C SEED Supermarine MicroLED TV. The company is headquartered in Vienna, Austria, with a branch office in Dubai, UAE, and a showroom in Beverly Hills, California.

We are seeking a new team member to actively support us as:

Marketing Manager (f/m/d)

C SEED is growing and is looking for a motivated Marketing Manager to join our team at the headquarterin Wiener Neudorf, Austria. In this role, you will support and execute marketing activities that strengthen our global brand presence and position C SEED at the forefront of the luxury AV industry.

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and implementation of marketing strategies 
  • Develop, implement, and optimize marketing strategies (online & offline) 
  • Build and execute SEO & content strategies (on-page/off-page, keyword research, link building) 
  • Coordinate digital, social media, email, and PR activities to enhance brand visibility 
  • Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs (Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.) and prepare reports 
  • Classic Marketing: Packaging, Distribution, Merchandise 
  • Coordination and dispatch of brochures 
  • Assist with content creation including case studies, website texts, and promotional videos 
  • Support press relations and communication with media partners 
  • Monitor marketing performance, prepare reports, and analyze results to improve activities 
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure consistency in brand communication 
  • Collaborate with external partners/agencies

Position Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field 
  • 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, preferably in premium/luxury technology, design, or AV sectors 
  • Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and campaign management 
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media campaigns 
  • Strong communication and writing skills; confident handling of visual and brand-related content 
  • Proficiency with CRM/marketing tools (e.g. Salesforce) is an advantage 
  • Structured, detail-oriented, and proactive working style 
  • Fluent in English

We offer

For this position, we offer a gross monthly base salary in the range of € 3.500 – € 4.500 (full-time), depending on experience and qualifications.
