As IT Support Engineer, you will provide frontline technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues, while managing user accounts, system updates, and basic security tasks. * Handling incidents within the CORE IT Ticket System, and dispatching them to our System Engineers, in case they cannot be solved by Support Engineers * Processing requests (e.g., access, hardware, software, etc.) according to approval workflows * Working closely with our System Engineers on roadmap projects and other complex topics
