Work closely with Marketing, Product & Operations to build the sales machine of tomorrow. * Big communication talent / already having sales experience is an advantage: ideally in marketing, media, or agency environment with proven track record of closing deals and building pipelines * Structured Sales Environment: HubSpot CRM,, dedicated marketing support, and proven outbound/inbound processes, you can perform from day one. * Business Development / Hunter (~50%): Identify, contact, and win new decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies, online, at trade fairs, and conferences. Convert warm inbound leads from our marketing engine and build your own outbound pipeline through existing clients and cold audiences. High performers will have the opportunity to specialize in Hunter/New Business or grow into Team Lead, building their own sales arm and defining the future sales structure.
