This position is located in the Officer of the Director (OD), Division of Administration (ADM). o Maintains project management office, documentation, templates in line with project management implementation methodology. o Work with external ERP implementation partner ensuring contract management, milestone tracking and early risk identification and risk mitigations. o Ensure work planning and clear direction of team including performance management. o Establish and execute configuration, risk management, issue management, and change management processes. o Communicate, in close collaboration with the ERP team, project status at scheduled meetings and serve as a central source of ERP finance project information with the Director of Administration. * Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent; * Project management certification is an asset;
