In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing relations issues and investigations; advising and counseling managers and employees regarding key employment policies, complex leave/disability issues, and performance management; using data to inform decisions and company initiatives, advising/counseling managers and employees, and helping guide the organization toward a more proactive employee relations landscape. It is subject to the Austrian Collective Bargaining Agreement for Employees in the Metal Technology Industry ( in occupation group G, depending on Educational Background.
