Your Role – Finance, HR & Operations Impact * HR compliance, ensuring adherence to labour law, health & safety standards and internal policies * Policy development support across HR and budgeting in line with regulatory requirements * 5–10 years of professional experience across accounting, HR and administration - Core Expertise – Finance & HR (Mandatory) * Sound HR expertise, with practical knowledge of recruitment processes, HR policies and labour law * Proven ability to manage budgets, payroll and employee data with the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality * Experience in both fields – Finance AND HR – is essential
