By managing and optimizing IT services, the Head of IT Business Interfaces supports strategic goals and improves user satisfaction. * Accountability for areas of the global IT's frontend, including global service desk, demand management, and IT PMO including IT portfolio management. * Understanding of IT Security Standards and Compliance: Knowledge in IT security, data protection regulations, and compliance requirements, especially in a global context.
