ERP System Design, Implementation, and Cutover * Assess current PTS budget, financial and payroll policies and procedures and, from that, develop the ideal workflow to be used with the new ERP system. * Coordinate with the ERP team, identify a key group of core users who will support transition of budget and finance data from the old system to the new. * Document, communicate and manage changes that surface during the ERP design and implementation. * Communicate, in close collaboration with the ERP team, project status at scheduled meetings and serve as a central source of ERP finance project information for BFS.
