Reporting to the CCO, you lead a small team and act as the strategic-operational link between Sales and its partner functions (Finance, Product, Regulatory, Marketing, SCM). You will establish, coordinate, and centralize our core commercial processes making the commercial organization more efficient, more data-driven, and more scalable. You represent Commercial in the Leadership Team and own the operational infrastructure. * Own and evolve our CRM (Salesforce) architecture, data quality, dashboards, user adoption * Representing the commercial function in the Leadership Team * Strong background in commercial reporting, performance tracking, and KPI management, with the ability to turn data into actionable business insights * Hands-on CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) including configuration, analytics, and driving adoption across teams
