Process Development & Monitoring * Develop, optimize, and characterize manufacturing processes in your area of expertise (e.g., lithography, mechanical, plating, backend). * Ensure process stability through statistical process control (SPC). * Troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues in daily operations. * Conduct FMEA and DOE to improve process performance, yield, and cost efficiency. * Implement lean methods for stable, high-yield, and cost-effective processes. * Create and maintain process documentation according to AT&S standards.
In this role, you will be the key driver in developing, optimizing, and stabilizing our production processes - actively contributing to quality and efficiency in our high-tech manufacturing environment: the first IC-Substrates plant in Europe. You will drive innovation, ensure top-quality standards, and enable efficient, stable production.
