This position acts as a to management on human resource-related issues, serving as a change agent and employee champion. The HRBP formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the organization. * Deliver people solutions to creatively solve business challenges in areas such as employee engagement, workforce planning, cultural change, compensation review and change management * Guide and coach people managers on how to appropriately manage and resolve people or organizational challenges (e.g. sucession planning, performance management, conflict management, retention)
