We are looking for a full-time (38.5h) Project Manager to complement our existing team in Vienna. * First experience (2–4 years) in EU research project management or proposal preparation - EIBIR supports by assisting them with calls for proposals, providing project management, dissemination and training services and facilitating exchange and networking among the biomedical imaging research community. * Managing European research projects in the field of biomedical imaging * Support of the EIBIR network in defining new projects and coordinating the preparation of research proposals for European funding * Editorial and dissemination work for EIBIR's ongoing research projects * Excellent command of English language (at least C1) - additional EU languages are a plus * Knowledge of EU funding mechanisms and/or European health research landscape beneficial
