  • Collaborate closely with IT, data teams, internal customers, and business stakeholders to understand needs, ensure successful adoption, and support technical documentation and knowledge sharing

Your profile:

  • Strong programming skills in Python, with the ability to design clean, maintainable, and production-ready code

  • Experience deploying machine learning models in production environments, including model integration, reliability, and monitoring

  • Proficiency in building REST APIs or web services and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise applications and workflows

  • Familiarity with MLOps, CI/CD practices, cloud platforms (preferred Microsoft Azure), and containerization tools such as Docker

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, in both german and english language, with the willingness to promote AI adoption and support knowledge sharing across teams

We offer:

  • A secure job in a modern, internationally active family business that stands out for its innovation and sustainability

  • A respectful atmosphere and a relaxed environment – we are on first-name basis with almost everyone

  • Onboarding is supported by a wide range of training and further education opportunities

  • An attractive remuneration model, flexible working hours, and the option of working remotely part of the time are a matter of course for us

  • We are already thinking about tomorrow today: with a good company pension scheme and many other health and social benefits
