ITSP Services is an innovative and expanding e-business company located in the beautiful town of Salzburg in Austria.
For our website analytics and A/B testing team. You will translate business questions into analytical requirements and perform analyses to gain insights and identify revenue-generating opportunities within our products.
Responsibilities
- Identifying opportunities for analysis and optimization on sites that increase conversion or drive revenue.
- Providing insight into site visitor behaviour in order to inform site design changes and marketing initiatives.
- Using quantitative and qualitative data to identify A/B and Multivariate testing opportunities and establish success metrics. Deploy and analyse tests.
- Working with the technical team to ensure accurate and comprehensive Web analytics implementation and successful deployment of new solutions.
- Working with the technical teams to integrate Web data with other channels to allow comprehensive business insight across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Basic experience with HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Detail-oriented, with strong mathematical and reporting skills.
- Interest in working with Web analytics tools (Matomo, Google Analytics) and A/B testing (Kameleoon, ABTasty, Optimizely, VWO).
- Must be able to understand and analyse data, synthesizing large volumes of data and complex questions into clear analysis and actionable findings.
- Excellent data visualization and communication skills, including the ability to clearly and effectively communicate and present findings to products owners at all levels.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel Package. Experience with databases or business intelligence is a plus.
