This is how our application process works:

1. Once you've shown us that you have what it takes for the job and can enrich our team, we'll get to know each other in a Skype interview.
2. If you have convinced us of yourself, the next step is a test to prove your skills.
3. If everything goes well, you’ll reach the final interview stage.

Right from the start, we will equip you with the knowledge and technology you need to be successful in your job.

1. Before starting the job, we will send all the work materials you need, including the latest technology, to your home.
2. In order to better understand our product performance, you will spend your first weeks at Digistore24 in the Customer Happiness Team. The first two weeks you will assist us with end customer support, the third and fourth weeks with product approval.
3. You will then start onboarding as a Client Success Supporter - in your permanent team. During this time you will be trained to be a professional in our software.
