As Strategic Procurement Manager (m/f/d), you’ll be responsible for serving the procurement needs of the Servus brand, which includes the Austrian linear TV station and Publishing needs e.g. ‘Servus in Stadt & Land’ and ‘Bergwelten`.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
STRATEGY & PLANNING
In this exciting role, you’ll execute & advise independently on best practice strategic procurement process and frameworks. You’ll be responsible for designing, writing, driving and executing category strategies, planning up to 12 months ahead. Moreover, you’ll act as a category subject matter expert for Production, Broadcasting and Publishing and build and maintain partnerships with key stakeholders.
ACQUISITION & DEVELOPMENT
As lead negotiator, you’ll be responsible for the procurement projects and identifying key opportunities. You’ll conduct spend analysis, identify saving opportunities and be responsible for realising savings and efficiencies. Additionally, you’ll streamline processes and seek opportunities to improve knowledge and derive learnings.
You’ll collaborate with business leaders to streamline supplier engagement and continually monitor supplier performance, ensuring that KPIs are reported to management. The key aim is to ensure a consistent quality service.
TARGET SETTING & REPORTING
You’ll set, track, achieve procurement targets and drive efficiencies. You’ll identify key opportunities across the supply chain, including a thorough review of the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO). Moreover, you’ll be responsible for report writing and formatting project updates and achievements to management on a monthly basis.
PROJECTS & SUPPORT
You’ll set-up and drive projects and in other cases be an integral member of the team. In addition, you’ll work autonomously and in doing so, make educated decisions.
That matter most for this role:
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1735 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
