To strengthen our Finance team in Linz, Upper Austria, we are currently searching for a
Senior FP&A / Business Partner (f/m/d)
What will you be doing?
This important function with international impact and visibility will be responsible for the management of all financial activities taking place within Nufarm Austria Branded Business.
Main tasks will be:
- Signs off on the month end closing and shares appropriate information (specific accruals and prepayments) with the accounting team
- Budget Management: setting up yearly budgets, monthly reviews and forecasting for specific business areas within the Austrian entity
- Conducting evaluations and supporting financial performance management
- Prepare Management Reports, including treasury, cash flow, KPIs
- Support business on yearly credit allowance decisions and advises on new customers
- Supporting inventory management in the branded business
- Supporting external statutory financial reporting
- Supporting internal controls, external and internal audits
What do you bring?
- Higher degree of education (Bachelor/Master) in Finance/Controlling/Accounting or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in a financial role in industrial/ manufacturing environment
- Deep knowledge and experience with ERP systems (e.g. Oracle)
- Excellent MS Office skills (specially in Excel)
- Fluency in English and German
- Strong influencing skills, with the ability to partner with different stakeholders and functions across the company
- Very good communication skills
- Strong analytical skills, IT affinity and results oriented thinking
- Enjoy teamwork, proactivity and ability to work solutions driven
- Experience working across a matrix environment
