As our Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager DACH, you’ll be responsible for managing all regulatory matters for the DACH region, as well as managing Red Bull’s external relationships with key government and industry stakeholders while protecting the external interests of the business and brand within this region.

MONITORING AND ANALYSIS OF RELEVANT REGULATORY ISSUES
In this role, you’ll review, monitor and analyse the regulatory developments as well as monitor relevant government announcements, political developments, industry stakeholders and associations daily to ensure that the local markets and headquarters are appraised of any changes to the political, regulatory or economic operating environment. Additionally, you’ll monitor events, news & trends with relevance to Red Bull.
LEGAL ANALYSIS AND ADVOCACY
As our Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager you’ll be responsible for the legal review of new relevant ingredients, product labels, marketing collateral and provision of timely advice to ensure regulatory compliance. In addition, you’ll prepare written submissions to public policy processes or consultations provided by government, industry or community organisations or stakeholders.
COMMUNICATION WITH EXTERNAL STAKEHOLDERS
You’ll engage with external public stakeholders on matters of interest and concern to Red Bull. While doing so you’ll expand, develop and maintain existing relationships with Red Bull’s stakeholder networks. Furthermore, you’ll be responsible to protect and enhance our reputation as a credible, transparent and respected business.
STRATEGIC ADVICE
You’ll provide strategic advice to the local and regional business teams on Red Bull’s regulatory & government affairs strategy in the DACH region, and align key tasks, strategies and approaches with the Regulatory and Government Affairs Manager Europe. You’ll assist country business teams with internal and external business inquiries and ongoing internal education about Red Bull’s product, its ingredients, and its effects.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.159 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
