Project Portfolio Manager (m/f/x)

As Project Portfolio Manager, you are in charge of defining our global development project portfolio of Tridonic development projects. You form the interface to our product management, R&D and the implementing PMO team.

• You will work in a small, experienced and diverse team on the development projects of tomorrow.
• With your holistic view, your wealth of experience and insight into corporate strategy, you control which ideas are brought to market.
• With your understanding of all interest groups you define a profitable and feasible project portfolio roadmap, taking into account resources and competencies.
• In business management matters, you will be responsible for the budget for the project portfolio roadmap and will be co-responsible for MOB decisions and ROI optimizations in order to implement development projects profitably.
• You are in close and continuous coordination with the involved parties in Dornbirn and at our global locations. With diplomacy and a positive attitude you form the constructive interface between different interest groups and do not shy away from calculated risks when making future-oriented decisions.

A visionary and experienced project manager with a feel for market developments and sustainable technologies. You have the ability to quickly recognize the essentials and to implement them in an economic context.

• Your background is irrelevant if you have gained experience and success in a comparable position and in an international context. We think of a minimum of 7-10 years of relevant experience.
• In addition to a very good technical understanding, we are particularly interested in sound project management skills and experience in the R&D environment.
• Very good business management knowledge and experience in MOB decisions and ROI calculations are a prerequisite for this responsible task.

We are looking for a winning person who brings different interest groups together and makes clear decisions in terms of corporate strategy and for the benefit of the company. You work impartially with all stakeholders and facilitate debate when required to bring issues to resolution. You are visionary and have a strong feeling for promising technologies.
• Excellent English language skills are a prerequisite in this position, very good German language skills are a clear plus.

Legally binding notice: Based on the minimum salary stipulated in the collective agreement of € 50.355,06/p.a.. (for a 38,50-hour working week), the actual salary for this position is based on professional qualifications and experience.
