Your responsibilities

Plan, organise and help to execute the transformation project together with the rest of the project team
Be one of the primary points of contact for the project
Building effective relationships with stakeholders and partners so that the project objectives are achieved
Helping the project team to define activities in the transformation process, estimating duration, developing or adjusting the schedule, controlling progress
Support to manage communication flow to stakeholders by planning and distributing relevant information at appropriate times and forums
Manage change by engaging stakeholders and identifying learning and communication activities

You have:

Ideally, some first experience in project management and/or in the customer support area
A hands-on work mentality and willingness to support in all project related areas
Very good knowledge of spoken and written German and English is a must
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High level of confidentiality and flexibility
High ability to work with new digital tools

This job offer is temporary for the project duration of 8 months.

What we will offer you

The minimum monthly salary for employees of IKEA Austria is € 1,880.00 gross on a full-time basis. With appropriate qualifications and experience willingness to overpay. In addition, we offer you social benefits including:
