Following an internal promotion, we are looking for a highly engaged product manager with a passion for driving our diabetes business. This is the right role for you if you have an appetite for exploring new ways of working, to outperform competition, and doing so within a dynamic cross-functional Action Team setup. Diabetes has never been more exciting than now – new products are introduced, and you will be there to make a real difference for patients.
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for driving growth of in-line brands as well as working on new product launches securing continued success in the future.
You will play an important role in further cementing the leadership position in diabetes by executing on the overall strategy as well as identifying new innovative, online approaches and needed tactics. Further, you will lead the launch execution for one of the next diabetes launches in Austria and work with stakeholders in the affiliate and in Europe to ensure success.
Your key responsibilities will be to optimize the marketing mix for the brands including digital marketing channels, and setting a clear direction to your sales-, medical- and market access colleagues. You will be a strong driver of our agile cross-functional Action Team setup. Another part of your role will be to initiate new innovative ideas/pilot projects as well as continuously measure the impact and act on results to improve outcome. Disease awareness activities and communication of brand positioning to the sales force will be part of your role as well as developing relevant promotional material and collecting feedback from the field.
You hold a relevant master’s degree (business, economics or the like) and have a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing (including digital marketing), and product management experience preferably within the pharmaceutical industry. Fluency in both spoken and written German and English is a requirement.
You have a positive and entrepreneurial mind-set, have analytical skills and can execute in high-quality. You are able to work on your own as well as contribute as part of a team. We offer an annual salary of 65.000 EUR. Final salary is dependent on experience and qualification.
