The Business Process Management team supports our Operations department in documenting, analyzing and improving business processes globally.
In this position, you will be the center of expertise for process automation in Operations and support the business, in driving process improvements through the implementation of RPA and other automation solutions.

Challenge the business to develop robust automation opportunities with a solid business case
Project manage the improvement process from identifying automation opportunities to go-live and solution maintenance
Set and manage stakeholder expectations on clear deliverables
RPA TOOLS & SYSTEMS
Operations expert on RPA specific systems (Orchestrator, UI Path, ARIS & Other RPA Systems)
Knowledge of MS Application development, e.g. Macros/VBA.
Programming knowledge is an advantage but not essential
Be the expert in RPA documentation and support the business to complete the necessary documentation/videos
Collaborate and share documentation with internal and external stakeholders in our corporate systems
DEVELOPMENT & MAINTENANCE OF RPA NETWORK
Leverage internal and external process automation and RPA networks (such as IT, Finance, Partners teams) to understand/develop best practices and synergies
Understand and drive external best practices and implementations to support operations in driving process excellence
SUPPORT BPM TEAMSupport Operations Process Documentation and support the business to map our in our corporate systems (ARIS)

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 2.088,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
