An exciting opportunity has risen for an organised & committed Marketing and Corporate Relations assistant to join an international and friendly Corporate Relations team at CIRSE, the Cardiovascular and Interventional Society of Europe.
This would be the ideal role for a motivated marketing and sales professional who is looking for the opportunity to gain experience within a business and be a key contributor to the continuous efforts and development of CIRSE’s corporate relations.
Your roles & responsibilities
- Event organisation and communication with corporate partners
- Promoting, selling and coordinating marketing opportunities offered to corporate partners
- Management of sponsor relations, including the coordination of corporate partner participation at CIRSE congresses, projects and initiatives
- Administrative support to the corporate relations team and the CIRSE executive director
What you bring to the table
- Previous internships or work experience in the field of marketing and sales would be advantageous
- A degree in marketing and sales is desirable
- Strong organisational, analytical, time management and problem-solving skills
- Fluency in written and spoken English (knowledge of German language desirable)
- Excellence skills in working with Microsoft Office
- Ability to organise and moderate in-person and online meetings
- A good team player, service-oriented, with a proactive mind

- The minimum starting salary is € 2,000 gross, whereas an overpayment is possible based on the qualification and experience of the candidate.
