The Legal Counsel is providing legal advice on general corporate law issues (e.g. capital increases, legal requirements for banking services and employment law), on corporate governance issues (statutory requirements, articles of association, shareholder meetings, etc.) and matters related to Corporate Housekeeping of SBAG (organization of Board Meetings, applications to boards, etc.). The Legal Counsel is responsible for monitoring changes in law affecting the unit and for the adaption of the respective statutory documents in order to establish full compliance with the law. He/she is responsible for advising on issues related to the subsidiary banks from a participation and corporate governance perspective.
Annual Gross salary starting from €55.000,- based on our collective bargaining agreement (for 38,5 hours/week) - additional payment according to skills and experience. The position can be filled as soon as possible.
