Erste Group IT International (EG IT INT) is the IT service provider of Erste Group, supplying solutions to all entities. It provides development, implementation and integration as well as operation of group-wide solutions. Aimed at offering the best service at the best price, EG IT INT plays a key strategic role within Erste Group. This function is responsible for supporting specific IT Risk activities and projects within Erste Group IT. The IT Risk specialist supports in the implementation of information and cybersecurity processes and services within EG IT INT (including the definition, maintenance and tracking of security regulations, risk management, definition of mitigating measures, awareness, etc.).Ihre Aufgaben
- Build and maintain strong and positive working relationships and effective means of communication with your Information & Technology risk stakeholders
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative Information & Technology risk assessments
- Responsible for the collaboration on and execution of business impact analysis and scenario risk analysis
- Report Information & Technology risk assessment results to Risk Owners
- Propose practical and cost-effective Information & Technology risk treatment options
- Provide aggregated risk oversight for various high impact areas of IT services
Ihr Profil
- Have professional experience in IT / information security / IT audit of at least 3 years
- Bring knowledge of security, process and risk assessment and their implementation methods, based on appropriate standards (e.g. ISO27k, OWASP, COBIT, ITIL)
- Are familiar with the regulations that are applicable to the banking industry
- Possess problem-solving skills, structured approach and creativity are expected
- Are a self-confident person with high self-motivation as well as a customer-oriented, flexible and independent way of working
- Have ideally a security/IT risk/audit- specific certification (e.g. CISA, CISSP)
- Are ideally experienced in IT/Security audit or management consulting

- A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - the minimum wage for this position in accordance with the respective collective agreement is EUR 43.316,-- gross per year
