In your role as Fulfilment Unit Operations Leader you take responsibility for a high performing organisation in the market (stores & central fulfilment units). You are:
Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is a fundamental part in making IKEA multichannel retailing in reality. To support IKEA in achieving business objectives, CFF acts as a fully integrated, process-oriented organisation with an end-to-end approach to develop our business and deliver results across functions together with our partners.
Fulfilment operations contributes to this agenda by providing a seamless shopping experience with great quality in all touchpoints (Stores, Central Fulfilment)
In this role you report directly to the Fulfilment Units Operations Manager, located in the Country CFF Team.
This position is full-time and the workplace is Vienna, Vösendorf and Wels.
For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from min € 2.959,- (on fulltime base). We are willing to pay significantly more depending on experience and qualification with an ALL IN contractual agreement.
