Your Opportunity:
Handle import & export process for domestic/ international shipments including documentation, customs declarations, etc.
Import Applications and submissions on routine independently and on demand for projects
Act as subject matter expert and advisor regarding compliant importation of goods
Staying up-to-date on new import/ export regulations and programs that may impact the business
Maintain proper import/ export recordkeeping controls to ensure compliance with the requirements of the EU Customs Code
Collaborate with Global CTC Function and teams of other regions
Understanding and respecting regulatory requirements, thus enabling compliant imports and exports of Takeda products between countries and regions
Work closely with global, regional and in-country supply chain teams in creating best in class processes to ensure compliant and business-minded flow of Takeda products and consumables
Act as interface and maintain a close working relationship with all local Customs and regulatory agencies for any potential regulatory issues
Ensure timely & accurate filing of entries according to the local rules and regulations
Coordination of product returns
Import/ Export Invoice Controlling
Data Reporting
Your Skills and Qualifications:
Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Trade or a related field
2 years of CTC background in a multinational organization desired, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience with import handling and/or customs activities
In-depth knowledge on CTC regulations and activities
Profound knowledge of German/EU import and export regulations, including HS classification and origin/valuation calculation
Ability to understand and interpret complex EU CTC laws & regulations, including US re-export control regulations
Highly motivated, engaged, self-driven and self-confident personality
Ethical mindset, adhering to all relevant compliance policies
Experience in leading and managing projects
Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English
Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system, GTS is a plus

Motivated employees must be remunerated appropriately. The minimum salary for this important and responsible position is € 3.323,20 gross per month (full time, collective wage agreement for the chemical industry). The actual remuneration package will be guided by your professional experience and your qualifications, so increased payment is possible.
