Our aim is to contribute to a seamless customer journey by ensuring that all Customer Support Centre tools, systems and processes are fully updated, operational and functional. We seek and co-ordinate business opportunities to constantly improve and develop the business enabling the Customer Support Centre to provide fast and easy customer support in every customer contact.
To build and retain a long-lasting relationship with new and existing customers in a multichannel retail environment by:

You think strategically and value building strong and collaborative relationships within a project driven environment. You have a deep knowledge of the contact centre business, experienced in a customer-focused service industry, preferably within retail.
For this fulltime position we offer you a monthly gross salary starting from € 3.500 (on fulltime base with an ALL-IN contractual agreement). We are willing to pay more depending on experience and qualification.
