Your tasks
This is what you can look forward to:
- Develop and own the local launch strategy & overall objectives for a pain product in Austria, as well as the commercial tactical plan when close to launch
- Prepare the market for product launch includingForecasting & Operating Plan delivery
Market research as needed
Market access/pricing preparation
Marketing material local customisation, approval & roll-out
Targeting & FF planning, including launch metrics
Meetings & congress strategy & management - Own the launch planning checklist and drive the cross-functional team work at local level, ensuring all are delivering on targets & timelines
- Work closely with medical, join ad boards and customer visits to understand the pain market, perspectives on treatment and the potential for the product in the patient pathway. Pist launch continue to be externally focused through active engagement with KOLs during meeting activity, congress attendance and double-visits
- Set up a feedback loop to ensure also post-launch that customer, competitor and field insights are continuously informing the marketing strategy and messaging platform
- Present brand updates and operational plan to the Pfizer Leadership Teams, as appropriate
- Ensure that all brand plans and activities are in full compliance with laws & regulations
- In short, you will be the ‘spider in the web’, having full visibility to all key brand activities for the product, and ensuring appropriate ownership & drive across the cross-functional team
Your profile
What you offer:
- Degree in Business, preferably marketing
- Min. 8 years experience in pharma/biotech marketing, consulting experience a plus
- Demonstrated ability to lead a cross-functional team and collabrorate closely with sales
- Strong track record in project management
- Team player that can energize and motivate others
- Effective communication and presentation skills at all levels
- Innovative and critical thinker
- Financial and budgeting experience
- Significant marketing experience in the pharmaceutical industry, including leadership of Brand Plans and successful implementation
- Demonstrated experience of being independently driven and a hands-on leader
- Strong organizational, planning and critical thinking skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills at all levels
- Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Word etc.)
- Fluency in German and English
