As the International Trade Activation & POS Specialist (m/f) you are responsible for leveraging our brand assets via state of the art POS tools & activation, whilst maintaining the brand personality and values across all markets. You will give strategic directions to the trade marketing teams on country level and support them in execution of that strategy via their local Key Accounts and Field Sales teams. This includes all means of communication (internal, trade and shopper), internal coordination between our global marketing, sports and sales team, development of global POS solutions, trial activities with markets and global best practice and insights generation. In general, you will co-ordinate and project manage all global trade-led marketing activities that touch temporary promotions and activations that put our can in the maximum danger of being sold.

POS TOOLS DEVELOPMENT/ADAPTATION & IMPLEMENTATION
Ensure the int. POS Range for temporary displays is meeting market needs and used effectively in order to ensure global brand consistency.
Lead all aspects of the POS Tool development cycle in close cooperation with your international counterparts from operations and brand.
Ensure local POSM is developed only when international tools aren't applicable and a clear commercial benefit is recognized.
TEMPORARY PROMOTIONS AND TRADE ACTIVATIONS
Act as the shopper marketing expert and representative of sales interest during the development of international consumer activations.
Develop shopper centric POS solutions, to ensure maximum impact in store.
Exchange ideas and latest shopper insights between the International Marketing and Sales department pro-actively and challenge traditions.
Through personal and electronic communication -- educate, orientate and utilise the brand team to deliver through the line activity in store.
INSIGHTS & SHOPPER MARKETING KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT
Claim Insights Ownership for disruptive in store executions, trade activations & promotional placements.
Work closely with the Int. Consumer and Shopper Insights team to create valuable insights and best practices around your area of responsibilities.
Act as first point of contact for all markets to advise and give guidance on temporary promotions, trade activations and best practices that maximize the impact in store.
Take those insights into actions by transferring your learnings into strategic frameworks, guidelines and training materials.
INTERNAL COMMUNICATION & BUSINESS PLANNING
Develop relevant digital sales materials such as insight-rich sell sheets, instruction videos or 3D visualizations to ensure perfect execution and enhance selling stories.
Connect our Global Trade Marketing and Off Premise Community to key resources like best practices / insights, toolkits and guidelines.
Manage our internal communication platform Collaboration.
Support markets prior to and during the business planning process on all relevant TM POS topics led by the HQ team.
(proven performance in)
3-5 years experience in FMCG sector, ideally as Shopper/Trade Marketing Manager, POS Manager or Consumer Activation Manager
Clear understanding of the beverage industry, consumer and shopper behaviour, category management and business insights in the FMCG context
Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen to understand financial statements, market trends and be able to build business cases around high investment items
Solid project management and planning competencies
Strategic thinking able to lead the global trade marketing strategy in terms of temporary promotions
Strong personality who´s social competence and diplomacy leads to excellent stakeholder management across a variety of disciplines and markets
University Master Degree (business, marketing & sales)
