Business Development: Identify, contact, and win decision-makers at agencies, brands, and companies—online, at trade fairs, and at conferences. * Account Ownership: Build your own customer relationships, develop them strategically, and act as the main point of contact throughout the entire sales and project cycle. * Collaboration & Growth: Work closely with Marketing, Product & Operations and actively shape the sales structure for the coming years. * At least 3 years' experience in B2B sales—ideally in marketing, media, or an agency environment * Full sales ownership for your own accounts—your performance, your success * Opportunity to build your own sales arm and later take on team leadership
