The HUB supports our Global Consumer Products division on various special projects. As part of the HUB you’ll be responsible for planning, coordinating and assisting in all aspects of your assigned projects. You’ll be the main point of contact for all HUB members and manage schedules, monitor budgets and communicate with internal and external partners alike.

All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
PLANNING & MONITORING
Within this role, you’ll ensure team members are organized and provide support to define workstreams for new projects and action plans. Moreover, you’ll prepare project timelines and assign milestones to land project objectives.
In addition, you’ll be the one driving team members to meet deadlines as well as deliverables within the agreed scope of the budget. Reviewing and double-checking budget proposals and cost quotations from third parties will also be your responsibility. Furthermore, you’ll drive and support the development of presentations for executive management, tradeshows, and other activations.
COMMUNICATION & RESEARCH
We’ll trust you with updating and informing stakeholders and HUB members regarding both ongoing HUB projects and business activities and insights from other departments when relevant. Moreover, you’ll investigate commercial impact of projects and products.
You’ll be the gatekeeper for internal asset creation and distribute assets across the Global Consumer Products division. Most importantly, we’ll ask you to keep up with trends and reports and share research and innovations from merchandising and the fashion industry within the HUB.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is € 1.848 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
