As the Junior Chef in the creation of our two new outlets: the dinner restaurant and our new bread baking concept. The Junior Chef's produce knowledge will be an important contribution to our already established “slow food” philosophy. Hence, the Junior Chef needs to be dedicated to food quality and sets high standards for his/her output. Presented by Hotelcareer * Zermatt * N/D - Introduction - At the rex, we jointly pursue bringing our guests an inclusive experience during which they can leave the hectics of daily life behind and entirely immerse themselves into Zermatt's impressive nature offerings. We stand for concious travelling, individuality, and local collaboration. For the expansion of our team we are looking for creative and curious individuals who apire to get each day a little bit better at what they do.
